Rivers United have unveiled Ifeanyi Anaemena and Theophilus Afelokhai ahead of next season.
The Port Harcourt based team confirmed the signing of the experienced duo following the expiration of their contract with Enyimba.
Afelokhai will now expect to pocket N1.2 million as a monthly salary from his deal with Rivers United.
However, Anamena who is captained of the People’s Elephant will earn a million naira despite Enyimba showed interest in keeping both stars.

Afelokhai who spent five years with the People’s Elephant after joining the Aba side from Kano Pillars in December 2015.
Meanwhile, Anamena arrived from defunct Giwa United in 2014 and both players helped the club win two league titles each.
Rivers United new arrivals expected to help the club challenge for the league title and CAF Confederation Cup next season.
